Ben McLean

Ben leads the Digital Health business unit at Wesfarmers Health – a portfolio that includes both Australia’s largest telehealth provider, InstantScripts, and health screening business SiSU Health Group. Ben joined Wesfarmers Health in 2022, previously holding roles leading teams across strategy, transformation, mergers and acquisitions, digital, data analytics, customer insights and innovation.

Prior to joining Wesfarmers Health, Ben led new ventures in eCommerce at Coles Group, following a period running group strategy. Ben was also a consultant at McKinsey & Company, following an extensive government career at the Productivity Commission and the Reserve Bank of Australia.

To stay healthy, Ben enjoys gym group training, getting his 10,000 steps in and playing cricket in summer.
