Sylvain Baudens

Chief Financial Officer

Sylvain joined Wesfarmers Health in 2024 with more than 20 years’ experience in private and public organisations across manufacturing, IT, consumer foods and retail.

Richard Pearson

Retail Director

Richard joined Wesfarmers Health in 2023 and oversees the Retail division – including Priceline Pharmacy, Priceline corporate stores, eCommerce and Sister Club. He was previously Managing Director of Target Australia.

Doug Swan

Executive General Manager Wholesale & Pharmacy

Doug joined Wesfarmers Health in 2022. Doug was previously Group General Manager of Workwear Group, part of the Wesfarmers Industrial and Safety Division.

Martin Perelman

CEO MediAesthetics

Martin joined Wesfarmers Health in 2024, following the acquisition of SILK Group. Martin is a co-founder of SILK Group and continues to lead the business, with an expanded remit that now includes Clear Skincare Clinics.

Ben McLean

Executive General Manager Digital Health

Ben leads the Digital Health business unit at Wesfarmers Health – a portfolio that includes Australia’s largest telehealth provider, InstantScripts, and health screening business SiSU Health Group. He joined the business in 2022 and was previously Head of eCommerce, New Ventures at Coles Group.

Rebecca Oakley

Chief People Officer

Rebecca joined Wesfarmers Health in 2022. She has had an extensive career in the human resources sector, with time spent at Officeworks, Carlton & United Breweries as well as in the automotive sector.

Troy Smith

Chief Information Officer

Troy joined Wesfarmers Health in 2023, bringing with him more than 20 years of experience in senior technology roles in the global retail industry, most recently as Chief Information Officer at Myer.

Amanda Lean

General Manager Corporate Affairs & Sustainability

Amanda has been a senior corporate affairs professional for 20 years in both government and commercial sectors, and joined Wesfarmers Health in 2022.

Meaghan Bruce

General Manager Strategy & Transformation

Meaghan was appointed General Manager Strategy & Transformation in 2023. She has extensive experience in strategy, most recently working in consultancy with McKinsey & Company.
