Martin joined Wesfarmers Health as Chief Executive Officer – MediAesthetics in 2024, following the acquisition of SILK Group. 

Martin was a founding partner and CEO of SILK Laser Australia. The South Australian company opened its first clinic in 2009. With a focus on high standard service, best technology and providing value to clients the company quickly grew, expanding its footprint with the purchase of Australian Skin Clinics and several other chains.

Martin oversaw the listing of SILK Laser Australia on the Australian Stock Exchange in 2020 before it was acquired by Wesfarmers Health in 2023.

With a management philosophy that allows his team to run their division autonomously to allow growth, he is also a believer in acquiring strong talent and skillsets to fast-track growth. Martin honed his collaborative approach early in his career as National Sales Manager for Omega and Tissot brands, and later the Head of Sales for Designa Accessories.

Martin is passionate about leveraging opportunities and his best ideas are often during his daily walks to and from the office or on the weekends at the golf course.
