Meaghan was appointed General Manager Strategy & Transformation in 2023. She has extensive experience in strategy, most recently working as a consultant at McKinsey & Company.

Meaghan started her career in engineering and worked in the environmental industry both as an engineer and consultant.

Meaghan oversees the strategic transformation of the Wesfarmers Health business, driving a program of change across Retail, Wholesale, Digital Health and MediAesthetics.

To stay healthy, Meaghan practises yoga and likes to run (often after one of her kids).
