Rebecca joined Wesfarmers Health in 2022 as Chief People Officer. Rebecca has had an extensive career in the human resources sector, with time spent at Officeworks, Carlton & United Breweries and in the automotive sector.

Rebecca is passionate about cultivating a culture of performance for both executive and broader leadership levels, and implementing consistent frameworks to support business strategy and growth, underpinned by a deep understanding of legislative requirements.

To stay healthy, Bec loves getting outdoors with her boys and being their fielder in cricket, defence in basketball or golf ball hunter.
