Sylvain joined Wesfarmers Health in 2024 as Chief Financial Officer. Sylvain has more than 20 years’ experience in both private and public organisations across manufacturing, IT, consumer foods and retail.

Throughout his career, Sylvain has worked in roles within many areas of business including finance, property, strategy, brands, merchandise, store operations, supply chain and digital. Notably, his time at Decathlon saw him oversee the launch of the brand in Australia.

Sylvain has a passion for executing strategy, bringing teams together to deliver complex initiatives and developing talent.

To stay healthy, Sylvain likes to play golf, go for a run or walk his dog.
