Priceline Pharmacy launches new website

Priceline Pharmacy has launched a new, contemporary website, which enhances the digital shopping experience for customers while maintaining focus on store-based online order fulfillment.

The site, www.priceline.com.au, features a mobile-led design making it easier to search, browse and buy products across pharmacy, health and beauty. Customers can choose their preferred store with seamless delivery options offered across standard delivery, same day delivery and click and collect.

Priceline Pharmacy’s 8 million Sister Club members will enjoy a new and improved loyalty area, including added dashboard functionality to easily review points and rewards balances and apply rewards to their shopping basket.

“We know our Franchise Partners value the additional sales avenue offered by our website, with every online order placed on priceline.com.au directed to stores for fulfillment. Priceline Pharmacy’s Sister Club has reached new heights, signing up its 8 millionth member and reinforcing its position as Australia’s largest health and beauty loyalty program.

The milestone sign up was performed by an unsuspecting but delighted team member at Priceline Pharmacy Ashgrove in Brisbane.

The Sister Club provides members year-round perks, prizes and gifts for shopping at Priceline. As members advance the three tiers – Sister Club, Diamond and Pink Diamond – they unlock greater benefits that make their Priceline shopping experience even more rewarding.

Priceline Pharmacy General Manager Andrew Vidler says the Sister Club, which turned 21 last year, delivers extra value to customers beyond simply great prices.

“It’s important to Priceline that we recognise and reward our most loyal customers.

“To say thanks, we offer them exclusive gifts, sales previews, perks from our corporate friends and $5 rewards that accrue surprisingly quickly to add a touch of magic to their shopping experience,” he said.

To celebrate the milestone, Priceline is offering Sister Club members the chance to win a share of 8 million Sister Club Points if they spend $150 at Priceline between 5 and 17 January 2023. A lucky 2,000 members will win 4,000 points each, equivalent to $50 value.
